Which cities do you cover?

TLC is a nationwide company providing Audio Visual and Computer Rental Equipment to every major city in the US (and minor ones as well). 

What size events do you handle?

We service and support any size event, meeting, conference or tradeshow. Whether you need a single projector for a dinner meeting, hundreds of laptops or iPads for a rollout or high-end projection equipment for a keynote address, we can help. 

What is the lead-time required when ordering equipment?

In a perfect world we would love days or weeks lead time for every order but that world of “Show” business is not perfect. As needs arise we can react quickly and deliver same day and at times within the hour.

When am I liable for the equipment?

TLC’s liability ends upon delivery and signoff of you, our client. You are fully responsible for the equipment once in your possession (think car rental) and until it is returned to TLC. We hold no responsibility for theft, damage or end-user related problems while the equipment is in your possession.

Is the equipment tested before shipping to our event?

All equipment is tested prior to shipping to every event. 

Will technicians setup the equipment and be on-site throughout our event?

Our technicians will deliver, setup and test all equipment upon delivery. TLC can provide on-site technical support and labor for the duration of your event if requested at an additional cost.
